f\u00e1bricas permaneciam pouco qualificados e sem educa\u00e7\u00e3o. A falta alarmante de literacia fez erguer uma quest\u00e3o:&#13;<br \/>\ncomo se ajudam crian\u00e7as em pa\u00edses em desenvolvimento quando elas n\u00e3o t\u00eam sequer prospetos de uma boa educa\u00e7\u00e3o para moldar as suas vidas?&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nDurante anos, o sistema de educa\u00e7\u00e3o pobre impedia as pessoas do Paquist\u00e3o de se desenvolverem e impedia uma industrial t\u00eaxtil com alto potencial de crescer. Nos anos 80, o Paquist\u00e3o exportava produtos t\u00eaxteis principalmente para a R\u00fassia, produtos estes&#13;<br \/>\nmaioritariamente de baixa qualidade. S\u00f3 com o advento de melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e melhor equipamento fabril \u00e9 que o pa\u00eds come\u00e7ou a crescer para se tornar no superpoder t\u00eaxtil que \u00e9 atualmente.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nAp\u00f3s anos de investimento na ind\u00fastria e nas pessoas, a for\u00e7a de trabalho paquistanesa finalmente se tornou una: os trabalhadores fabris que receberam educa\u00e7\u00e3o anos antes come\u00e7aram a ocupar posi\u00e7\u00f5es nos quadros das empresas e a liderar as suas pr\u00f3prias&#13;<br \/>\ncomunidades.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nA busca por uma resposta \u00e0 quest\u00e3o inicial alimentou o sonho que se concretizou em 2012, com a primeira escola TRY: o Jet Campus. A escola foi constru\u00edda na cidade de Mardan, uma \u00e1rea atormentada por lei Taliban e baixos n\u00edveis de educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Atualmente, a escola secund\u00e1ria tem 76 estudantes, e o trabalho que aqui come\u00e7ou est\u00e1 apenas a come\u00e7ar.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n\u201cA possibilidade de uma exist\u00eancia digna para toda a gente come\u00e7a com uma forte educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Podem-se fazer planos e execut\u00e1-los, mas mais importante, pode-se avaliar os planos de outras pessoas e formar uma opini\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria.\u201d &#8211; Henri\u00ebtte Isso foi crucial para sermos capazes de cooperar e desenvolver uma ind\u00fastria praticamente n\u00e3o existente e torn\u00e1-la numa ind\u00fastria l\u00edder no mundo.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nA falta de boa educa\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria e secund\u00e1ria tem tido um enorme impacto negativo no desenvolvimento desta ind\u00fastria nos \u00faltimos 30 anos. Ao prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o a isto na f\u00e1brica e ao investir em escolas para os nossos colaboradores, experienciamos em primeira m\u00e3o o valor que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o tem em tornar o futuro melhor.\u201d&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nPara cumprir o desejo da Henri\u00ebtte, o Fawad introduziu-a \u00e0 The Citizens Foundation (TCF).
