itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Une jeune entrepreneuse dans le textile part \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte du Pakistan. 30 ans plus tard, elle est toujours l\u00e0. <\/strong>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nEn 1983, une industrie textile encore jeune au Pakistan a vu arriver un s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8me: dans un secteur en plein essor, les ouvriers sont rest\u00e9s non qualifi\u00e9s et sans instruction. Le manque alarmant d&rsquo;alphab\u00e9tisation a soulev\u00e9 la question suivante : comment aider les enfants des pays en voie de d\u00e9veloppement lorsqu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont aucune perspective d&rsquo;une bonne \u00e9ducation pour fa\u00e7onner leur vie?&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nPendant des ann\u00e9es, le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif m\u00e9diocre a emp\u00each\u00e9 le peuple pakistanais de se d\u00e9velopper et a ralenti la progression d\u2019une industrie cotonni\u00e8re \u00e0 fort potentiel. Dans les ann\u00e9es 80, le Pakistan a export\u00e9 des produits de coton principalement vers la Russie, le plus souvent de mauvaise qualit\u00e9. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de meilleures conditions de travail et de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des \u00e9quipements d\u2019usine que le pays a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir la superpuissance textile qu\u2019il est aujourd\u2019hui.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es d\u2019investissement \u00e0 la fois dans l\u2019industrie et dans ses habitants, la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre textile pakistanaise a finalement boucl\u00e9 la boucle: des ouvriers d\u2019usine qui avaient re\u00e7u une formation des ann\u00e9es auparavant ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 occuper des postes au sein de l\u2019industrie et \u00e0 diriger leurs propres communaut\u00e9s.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nLa recherche d&rsquo;une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 notre question initiale a aliment\u00e9 un r\u00eave qui s&rsquo;est concr\u00e9tis\u00e9 en 2012, avec la premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole de TRY: le Jet Campus. L&rsquo;\u00e9cole a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite dans la ville de Mardan, une zone apeur\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence du pouvoir des talibans et le faible niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;\u00e9cole secondaire accueille 76 \u00e9l\u00e8ves et le travail commenc\u00e9 est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre termin\u00e9.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n\u00abLa possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une existence digne pour chaque personne commence par le fait de recevoir une bonne \u00e9ducation. Il est possible d\u2019\u00e9tablir des plans et de les ex\u00e9cuter, mais plus important encore, il est possible d\u2019\u00e9valuer les projets des personnes, puis se forger une propre opinion. ><p>Les entrepreneurs textiles Fawad Anwar et Henri\u00ebtte Scheffer se sont rencontr\u00e9s en 1983. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait le d\u00e9but d&rsquo;un lien sp\u00e9cial, aliment\u00e9 par Henri\u00ebtte, qui \u00e9tait \u00e0 la recherche de pays sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le coton avec la possibilit\u00e9 de le transformer sur place. Le Pakistan \u00e9tait l&rsquo;un de ces pays qui remplissait ces crit\u00e8res.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n\u00abApr\u00e8s 30 ans de travail dans l&rsquo;industrie textile au Pakistan, je voulais laisser quelque chose pour le pays. Le Pakistan et son peuple m&rsquo;ont appris \u00e0 laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 mes propres convictions occidentales et mon arrogance afin de comprendre une culture diff\u00e9rente. Cela \u00e9tait crucial pour pouvoir coop\u00e9rer au d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une industrie textile pratiquement inexistante et en faire la troisi\u00e8me industrie mondiale.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nLe manque d&rsquo;un bon enseignement primaire et secondaire a eu un impact n\u00e9gatif majeur sur le d\u00e9veloppement de cette industrie au cours des 30 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. En y pr\u00eatant une attention particuli\u00e8re dans l&rsquo;usine et en investissant dans des \u00e9coles pour nos employ\u00e9s, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et appris que l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation est un moyen de changer pour mieux. \u00bb&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nR\u00e9alisant le souhait d&rsquo;Henri\u00ebtte, Fawad l&rsquo;a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 la Citizens Foundation (TCF). Lors d&rsquo;une visite dans une \u00e9cole du TCF, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 tellement captiv\u00e9e par l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re et impressionn\u00e9e par l&rsquo;organisation qu&rsquo;elle a
